It's not easy to know how to manage stress. While some find real comfort in sophrology, which works on breathing, muscle relaxation and mental imagery, others prefer hypnosis, which creates a state of consciousness conducive to combating stress. Another "classic" approach is mindfulness, developed through meditation. Alongside these mind-body techniques, some people will experience the same benefits from a saxophone or pilates session. So, there's not just one stress management method, but many. It's up to you to find your own!
