Vivons en Forme

Ramsay Sante Foundation actively supports two initiatives of the Vivons en Forme (VIF®) prevention program, specially designed for children.

We firmly believe in the impact of the VIF® method in bringing about lasting behavioral change.

The Vivons en Forme program, which focuses on improving health behaviors, is based on the commitment of local players and experimentation within local authorities. Its main aim is to reduce childhood overweight and obesity, while tackling social inequalities in health.

Clever screens, serene children

Clever screens, serene children

Vivons en Forme has launched a new theme entitled "Écrans malins, enfants sereins".

This program proposes concrete solutions to encourage children to take part in more fun and sporting activities, while effectively managing their screen time. This initiative takes a positive, innovative and appropriate approach to the current challenges associated with the use of screens.

In concrete terms, VIF provides professionals who interact with children on a daily basis (school principals, teachers, after-school care workers, social centers, health mediators, healthcare professionals, etc.) with action sheets and edutainment tools, co-constructed with experts and validated by those working in the field.

The aim is to bring about positive and lasting changes in the health behaviors of young people.

All motivated, wash your hands, protect your friends

The Foundation joined forces with the "Vivons en Forme" program in 2020 to roll out the "Tous motivés, lave tes mains, protège tes copains" campaign .

The aim of this operation is to establish a ritual among children aged 6 to 11 (from CP to CM2) and, by making this gesture attractive, to encourage them to repeat washing their hands at school, as well as at home.

This action, based on social marketing, is supported by key players in the educational and extracurricular community, and co-constructed with all stakeholders (parents, teachers, psychologists, organizers, school nurses).
