Personal Data

The provisions below apply to visitors browsing this site and using the (optional) contact forms.

The site ensures the collection and processing of Personal Data with respect for privacy and in accordance with the legislation relating to the protection of personal data (law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms and the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016).

The party responsible for collecting and processing your Personal Data is Ramsay Sante Foundation, including any company controlled by it within the meaning of Article L 233-1 of the French Commercial Code.

The Personal Data processed are those collected via the contact forms filled in by the site visitor and which are then transmitted to the Group's subsidiaries and establishments likely to provide the information and answers requested.

Visitors can also subscribe to a newsletter providing news on Ramsay Sante Foundation or download documents (white papers, surveys, etc.). 

In particular, the following Personal Data are collected for these purposes:

  • last name, first name ;
  • telephone number ;
  • e-mail address ;
  • any other information entered in the free fields provided.

The site also reserves the right to recognize the user's terminal when they connect, through the use of cookies. Data obtained in this way is used solely for statistical purposes, with a view to optimizing the site.

Refusal to install a cookie may make it impossible to access certain Services. The User may, however, configure his or her computer to refuse the installation of cookies by consulting his or her browser's help menu, as well as the "cookies: tools for controlling them" page on the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés) website.

The personal data collected remains within Ramsay Sante Foundation. No data is exported, in particular to countries that are not members of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

All technical and organizational security measures necessary to protect your Personal Data are implemented.

The personal data collected is kept only as long as is necessary for the purposes pursued, except for statistical or historical purposes, and always within the limits prescribed by regulations or recommended by the supervisory authorities. For example, connection logs, cookies and other tracers set up on our site will be kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Visitors to the site whose data is processed are entitled to the rights set out in articles 38 et seq. of the amended "Informatique et Libertés" law and articles 15 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to personal data concerning them being processed or used for canvassing purposes.

You also have the right to access your personal data and request its correction, deletion, restriction and portability.

The Data Protection Officer may be contacted for any questions relating to the processing of Personal Data. In the event of a request to exercise the rights listed above, you may be asked to provide additional information to establish your identity (for example, a photocopy of a supporting document).
