Do you know of any techniques other than medication that can reduce stress?

While medication can help you cope with acute stress, it can also present long-term risks (addiction...). Non-medicinal techniques are therefore the best way to reduce stress. However, there is no universal miracle recipe: each individual has his or her own way of dealing with stress. While yoga or meditation may be a source of relief for some, others prefer sport, drawing, music or psychological support. Whatever it is, a "channeling" activity is always welcome.
