What can you do to combat stress and fatigue?
It's impossible to eliminate stress from our lives. But we can learn to live with it and manage it. However, there is no one-size-fits-all way of doing this, since a solution that suits some people will not bring relief to others. In all cases, the common course of action is to find one or more "channeling" activities, which can be sporting (cycling, yoga, etc.), artistic (drawing, music, etc.), manual (DIY, gardening, etc.), social (volunteering, for example), cultural (travel, shows, etc.) or spiritual (meditation, religion, etc.).
