How to stop stress with yoga?
Atha-yoga, Bikram yoga, Iyengar yoga... there are many different ways to practice yoga. Whatever form you opt for, yoga aims to free the mind from the constraints of the body through mastery of movement, rhythm and breath. While some approaches are all about muscle (e.g. Bikram yoga), others rely more on stretching (Iyengar yoga), while still others focus on meditation (Ananda yoga).
