How can sophrology help relieve this stress, and is it really effective?

Sophrology is one of the methods often used to manage stress. As with all techniques, it will bring relief to some, while others will find it no comfort at all in managing stress. It combines breathing exercises, muscle relaxation and mental imagery (or visualization). One method in particular, Caycedian sophrology, gradually helps you to modify your reactions to stressful events.
