How to cure laziness and chronic fatigue after prolonged stress?
In the event of intense, prolonged stress, a person can find themselves - after phases of alarm and resistance - in a phase of exhaustion. This can be physical, emotional or mental in nature. In the workplace, this is known as "burn-out". Medical and psychological care is required (including time off work, if necessary), in order to pinpoint the origins of the stress experienced and act on them, but above all to diagnose the patient's psychological state (anxiety disorder, depression...) and set up an appropriate therapeutic strategy (antidepressant, psychotherapy, sophrology...).
