Are there any tips or solutions to improve your sleep?
To improve your sleep, you can start by changing some of your habits. It's advisable to eat dinner about two hours before going to bed, and to prefer cereals (rice, bulgur, pasta, etc.), which provide the brain with energy while it's resting. You should also limit the use of screens in the evening and take part in physical activity during the day. Certain plants, such as valerian or passionflower, have proven their effectiveness in the form of herbal teas or dietary supplements. Light therapy, meditation, sophrology and psychological counselling are other alternatives for managing sleep disorders. If your sleep problems are serious, medication may be useful: consult your doctor, who will be able to prescribe a suitable treatment.
