How can you be less sedentary on a daily basis?

There are several ways to increase your level of physical activity on a daily basis. For example, you can get up earlier to go for a walk, go for a jog or do some stretching exercises, depending on your preferences. If endurance exercises seem boring, you can try doing them while listening to music or your favorite radio station. If you're not too far from your place of workwork, try if you're not too far from your place of work, try walking or cycling there, or take the stairs instead of the car. And take advantage your breaks to go for a walk and get some fresh air.r.
