It's perfectly normal to feel stressed in the run-up to an exam. 1 in 4 students say they feel stressed all the time, and you're not alone. This stress is necessary to prepare yourself properly and, if managed properly, can boost your performance. If it becomes too intense, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential: make sure you eat a balanced diet, keep active and get plenty of sleep. Take breaks to clear your head, and work on your breathing (relaxation, sophrology...). A healthcare professional can advise you on homeopathic or other treatments.
