What is boredom?
Bore-out or "boredom at work" is defined as "great suffering attributable to a lack of activity during working time". This lack of activity may correspond to a lack of demand on the employee's intellectual and/or physical skills and time. Bore-out symptoms include fatigue, depression and self-shaming. Don't hesitate to consult a health professional if you feel any of these symptoms.
