Symptoms

A real driving force in certain situations, stress, if too intense or too difficult to manage, can be the cause of a series of physical, intellectual and emotional disorders. These include fatigue, backache and nausea, as well as appetite problems, difficulty concentrating, nervousness... It's possible that the symptoms you're experiencing are stress-related, but they may also indicate a more serious health problem requiring medical advice. If they persist and become too severe, it's best to consult a doctor. In the meantime, taking steps to manage stress, such as meditation, yoga or therapy, can help relieve some of these symptoms.
