It can also interfere with your sleep, adding to these adverse effects. Reducing stress is therefore essential if you want to get back to a good night's sleep and feel fully refreshed. Physical activity can be an interesting way of doing this: it will both relax you and create "good fatigue", conducive to peaceful, rejuvenating nights.
