Exams, health problems, workload... We all experience varying degrees of anxiety at different times in our lives, and this is perfectly normal. If it reaches a very high level, stress can lead to anxiety and/or phobia attacks, which can be difficult to manage. There are a number of strategies to help you cope better: deep breathing exercises, visualization exercises or regular physical activity are all methods that can help you manage your stress better. If the attacks are intense and very frequent, don't remain alone; talk to someone you trust, in your entourgae, or to a healthcare professional. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is a method that has proved particularly effective in treating anxiety disorders, including panic attacks.
