How can we sleep well when stress and anxiety disrupt our sleep?
Difficulty falling asleep, waking up at night or waking up early... your stress can affect the quality of your sleep. If this is the case for you, the first thing to do is to adopt the practices of a "good sleeper": regular wake-up and bedtimes, avoidance of stimulants and screens in the evening, and so on. If you find it difficult to fall asleep, you could try concentrating on your breathing and your body (a mental journey from head to toe). Also worth noting: physical activity is an excellent sleep facilitator, if not done just before bedtime. And stress management too!
