How do I manage a balanced diet in a restaurant? Going out? On vacation?

Unlike diets, food rebalancing offers a general framework that can be adapted and, above all, is free of prohibitions. It includes all food groups, without resorting to diet products or exclusive consumption of miracle foods (lemon detox, cabbage soup diet...). In this way, it allows you to share convivial meals with other people and is not anti-social. In the canteen, at the restaurant, at home, on outings, etc., the idea is to give priority to certain food groups (fruit and vegetables, wholegrain cereals, etc.) without denying yourself other foods to indulge yourself.
