Which sport to choose to combat stress?
When it comes to fighting stress, there's no shortage of physical activity to choose from. From a leisurely walk with friends to team sports with colleagues, from swimming during lunch break to Tai-Chi in the evening after work... Whatever the choice of activity, the idea is to clear the head and enjoy yourself while activating your muscles and working on your breathing. The effects can be felt even with moderate exercise, but will be all the more tangible the more regular and intense the practice. Please note: you are under no obligation to practice your sport in competition if you find it stressful.
