Does stress or fatigue cause headaches?

Headaches are among the most common symptoms of stress, along with fatigue, digestive problems and muscular tension. Ensuring a good night's sleep and recharging your batteries through activities that help you unwind are among the ways to counteract the damaging effects of stress. In the event of persistent or pervasive symptoms, talk to your doctor, who will be in the best position to identify the causes and refer you to the most appropriate treatment.
