Sufficient quality sleep leaves us fully equipped to deal with any given situation: optimal cognitive capacity and concentration, better emotional management, greater efficiency, etc. On the contrary, a lack of sleep exacerbates the intensity of stress. Since stress can compromise sleep, and lack of sleep can increase stress, it's equally important to learn how to manage both.
