How to combat fatigue during pregnancy?

Pregnancy

It's perfectly normal to feel tired during the first trimester and at the end of pregnancy, due to hormones on the one hand and weight gain on the other. Sleep disorders are common during pregnancy. To preserve the quality of your sleep and combat fatigue, we recommend that you engage in at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity, such as walking or swimming. Don't hesitate to take naps if you feel the need. Consult your GP, midwife or gynaecologist to make sure you have no medical contraindications.
