What's the difference between physical activity and sporting activity?
The World Health Organization defines physical activity as any movement produced by muscles (biceps, abdominals...), responsible for an increase in energy expenditure. WHO recommends at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-sustained physical activity per day for children and adolescents, and at least 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of sustained activity per week for adults.
