General

Certain sports, such as running, jumping rope, horse-riding, etc., or asymmetrical efforts like tennis or golf, can lead to back injuries. However, the majority of back pain is due to insufficient back muscle tone. That's why it's so important to regularly practise exercises or sports that strengthen the back muscles and don't put too much pressure on the spine, such as swimming, yoga or body-building. In the event of persistent pain or pain peaks during physical activity, make an appointment with your doctor or a specialist.
