Do you work at a desk and want to get more exercise? To make up for the lack of physical activity, there are several tips you can implement on a daily basis. If your commute to the office is short enough, you can opt for walking or cycling. And don't forget to take active breaks to walk or stretch, so you can get moving on a regular basis. For the more sporty of you, organizing sports sessions with your colleagues during the lunch break is also a great way to spend some quality time together.
