What is office syndrome?

General

Migraines, tendonitis, back pain, eye problems... There are many aches and pains associated with sitting. The office syndrome includes all the musculoskeletal disorders, eyestrain and stress associated with prolonged sitting at work, often behind a screen.
Several small modifications to your workspace can reduce the risk of developing these pains. Pay attention to your posture: as the day progresses, we tend to bend / lean forward. Think about straightening up. For better ergonomics, place your computer in front of you, and keep your eyes level with your screen, neither too high nor too low. Take time to move around every couple of hours.
