How can we reduce our exposure to toxic chemicals?
A wide range of products used in food, clothing, hygiene, household, DIY and professional environments contain chemical substances that are potentially harmful to health.1
To minimize the presence of these compounds in our daily lives, it makes sense to adopt certain wise practices. When it comes to food, we recommend eating seasonal and/or organic fruit and vegetables, as they generally contain fewer chemicals and pesticides. When it comes to hygiene, opt for natural and eco-labeled products. Another easy habit to adopt: air your home every day for at least 10 minutes. This reduces the presence of pollutants in the room's ambient air. Finally, some of the chemical elements contained in electronic devices have toxic properties. As a precautionary measure, we recommend that you choose televisions, printers or computers bearing the European Union eco-label.
