What type of physical activity is recommended when suffering from obesity?

The physical activities recommended for obese people are generally those of light to moderate intensity. This means activities such as walking, housework or climbing stairs every day for as long as possible. A minimum of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity per week (i.e., five times 30 minutes, for example) is recommended. or Nordic walking, yoga or pilates and gradually increase this to 200 or 300 minutes. Finally, we also recommend muscle-strengthening exercises for each major muscle group at least two or three times a week.muscles (arms, legs, abdominals, back) using weights, elastic bands using weights, elastic bands or dedicatedreils.
