Which fruit can we eat the most of?
It's best to vary the fruits you eat. Each one has more or less interesting vitamins and minerals. We therefore recommend eating fruit every day, alternating with vegetables (5 fruits or vegetables a day), in 80g to 100g portions (1 apple, 2 apricots, 1 slice of melon, 1 compote, 1 orange, 1 banana...).
