Will rebalancing my diet help me lose weight?

General

Your energy intake (food consumption) and energy expenditure (movement) must balance out to maintain your weight. To lose weight, you need to spend more energy than you take in, by reducing the quantities you eat, varying your diet and getting more exercise. It's worth noting that 30 minutes of physical activity a day is recommended. You can find examples of simple, everyday physical activities on the Ameli Santé website.
