What is diet rebalancing?
In contrast to dieting, rebalancing involves reviewing one's diet to improve its overall quality. While diets generally aim to eat less, rebalancing tends to eat better. The emphasis is on a balanced diet (more fruit and vegetables, fewer fatty and sugary products, etc.), but also on pleasure, rediscovering flavors, and listening to one's senses of hunger and satiety. It is generally part of an approach to improving quality of life (sleep, stress, etc.). It can help you return to your ideal weight, although this is not its ultimate goal.
