Is eating organic better for my health?

General

Today, several studies show a correlation between an organic diet and better health, with notably fewer cancers and lower average levels of pesticides in the blood. However, all these studies suffer from the same bias: consumers who eat organic food generally come from populations with healthier lifestyles than others (more physical activity, less tobacco and alcohol consumption, etc.). It is therefore difficult to conclude that eating organic has a significant impact on health.
