How can I change my eating habits?
For lack of time, ideas or inclination, we can tend to neglect certain foods, while consuming others in a very repetitive way. Yet diversity is the key to the quality of our diet. Each food family (fruit and vegetables, starchy foods, dairy products, etc.) must find its place, some several times a day and others in moderation. Within the same food family, diversity should also be favored: for example, it's important to eat fruits and vegetables of different colors, which provide different and important nutrients.
