How do you manage a balanced diet over the festive period?
The aim of food rebalancing is to improve the quality of your diet over the long term. While no food is forbidden, the idea is to give priority to certain foods, such as fruit, vegetables and wholemeal products. During the festive season, it's perfectly possible to maintain a balanced diet while enjoying yourself, for example, by giving pride of place to fruit and vegetables at meals between two New Year's Eve celebrations. The festive season is also an opportunity to take the time to cook and share food with family and friends, two essential aspects of a balanced diet.
