How can we teach children good eating habits?
Childhood is a good time to develop good eating habits. From an early age, parents are role models: healthy eating and the pleasure of eating are more easily transmitted if parents set an example. But learning to like healthy foods can take time, and requires tasting the same food several times at different times. Involving children in meal preparation can also help them discover foods and facilitate their acceptance. Finally, convivial meals shared according to structured eating rhythms will also contribute to the acquisition of good eating habits.
