How can we improve teenagers' eating habits?

Teenage eating habits are influenced by opposition to parents, the desire to experiment, and advertising. As a result, their eating habits tend to become unstructured at this age (staggered hours, lack of breakfast, etc.), with an attraction to energy-dense foods and a craze for fast food. These behaviors are transitory, however, and too much parental pressure on eating at this age could have counter-productive effects. It's important to maintain a few structured family meals, and above all to prevent risky behavior (e.g. binge drinking), which is undoubtedly the real issue at this age...
