Nibbles

Nibbling, sometimes also known as snacking, refers to the unstructured eating of food outside or instead of the main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for children). In a recent study, two-thirds of French adults reported snacking during the day. In many cases, nibbling takes place during off-peak meals or during mealtime.
