General

When telecommuting, it's a good idea to reduce the total amount of time you spend sitting at your desk. To do this, get up and walk for two or three minutes every hour, or at least 15 minutes every half-day during a break. Similarly, if you have the opportunity, try to stand up during videoconferences and walk during telephone calls. Finally, you can also adapt your workstation by using a swiss-ball, a pedal-board or simply a standing desk, from time to time during the day and divided into periods of 15 minutes, for example.
