Is there a miracle method for quitting smoking? Like acupuncture, for example?

Stopping method

There's no miracle solution for quitting smoking! A strategy that works for one person won't necessarily work for another. In general, a combination of medicated (patches, gums, nicotine sprays) and non-medicated (cognitive-behavioral therapy, relaxation, meditation, support groups, etc.) methods is recommended. Champix is a drug treatment designed to suppress the desire to smoke, sometimes prescribed as a second-line treatment when nicotine substitutes have failed. As for acupuncture, its effects on smoking cessation have not been formally demonstrated.
