Can I use low-dose patches while continuing to smoke?

Stopping method

Using a low-dose patch while continuing to smoke is not recommended as part of an overall strategy to quit smoking. After all, the aim is to stop smoking. There are patches with sufficient doses to fully compensate for the nicotine dose provided by tobacco, and to offset the lack of nicotine during withdrawal. Don't hesitate to ask your doctor for advice.
