Pascal Roché
Born in 1962, Pascal Roché is a graduate of HEC business school, and holds a Master's degree in Private Law (Paris II Assas) and a DEA in Economics and Organizational Strategy (Paris Dauphine). He is also a graduate of the Institut des Actuaires Français.
Pascal Roché began his career in strategy consulting, before moving to the insurance sector in 1991 with the UAP group (now AXA France), where he was Director of Strategy and then took charge of several operational departments for over 10 years. From 2000 to 2002, he was Executive Vice President of Axa France Services, then Director of Corporate Functions and member of the Axa France Executive Committee. He joined the Barclays Group in 2002, as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for France and then Spain, and was also given worldwide responsibility for Premier customers, insurance and investments in 2008.
In June 2011, he became CEO of Ramsay Santé, France's leading private hospital group. Following a successful takeover bid for the Capio AB group, he became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capio AB in November 2018.
