Olivier Masson-Halimi
At the end of a decade of experience in youth policies in local authorities, with digital technology at the heart of his missions, Olivier Masson-Halimi joined the Interministerial Mission for the Fight against Drugs and Addictive Behavior (MILDECA) at the end of 2018, to contribute his expertise and help implement the mission's first digital strategy.
An alumnus of Khâgne B/L and a philosophy graduate of Paris IV Sorbonne University, Olivier Masson-Halimi is an attaché to the French State Administration.
