What are the solutions to sleep disorders in children?
If your child has trouble falling asleep, consider ritualizing bedtime; this helps children fall asleep more quickly. You can read him a story after tucking him in or singing him a song. Give him a cuddle and, after saying good night, leave his room. Try to maintain regular bedtime and wake-up times to avoid disrupting your child's sleep. If he wakes up during the night and joins you in your room regularly, behavioral therapy may be a solution to help him find sleep on his own when he wakes up in the middle of the night.
