Tips for falling asleep

There are several methods and tips to help you fall asleep. In the evening, opt for quiet activities such as reading, and adopt a ritual before going to bed (shower, reading, for example). Turn off your electronic devices, as darkness helps you fall asleep. Note: screens are enemies of sleep, as they stimulate activity and wakefulness. When you feel the first signs of fatigue: yawning, heavy eyelids, go to bed! In the event of sleep disorders, don't hesitate to consult your doctor, who will refer you to a sleep center if necessary.
