What are the conditions for a good night's sleep?
A healthy lifestyle and regular bedtime and wake-up times are the keys to good sleep. Other tips can make all the difference to a good night's sleep: a bedroom at 18°C, no screens before bedtime, eat light and avoid alcohol. Remember to avoid strenuous physical activity in the evening, as this can prevent you from sleeping. To evaluate your sleep, you can use the sleep diary.
