Does back-to-school stress and routine affect our sleep?

stress and sleep

While the vacations are a great time to relax, back-to-school can be a stressful time. A new schedule, new responsibilities, new files and meetings, and so on. The stress you feel can affect your sleep and make you feel as though you've lost all the rest you've gained over the vacations. Don't focus on how tired you were on the first day, and try to prolong some of your vacation habits that help you recharge your batteries (walking to work, lunch on the terrace with friends...).
