How to spot sleep disorders in children?
A child with sleep disorders will be more irritable during the day, and may also be hyperactive or, on the contrary, sleepy. Problems with attention, concentration and verbal and motor skills can also be observed. Insomnia affects 25% to 50% of children under 5, night terrors 40% of those under 6, and sleepwalking 15% of those aged 4-12. Don't hesitate to consult your doctor for more information and solutions tailored to your child's specific needs.
