How to avoid jet lag fatigue?

When we change time zones, our sleep is disrupted - this is known as jet lag. You can anticipate jet lag by going to bed earlier or later, depending on your destination. Note that it's easier to adapt to westward jet lag than eastward. On the plane, remember to set your watch to the time of your destination, try to get some sleep and wear compression stockings.
