During this period, children's habits can change significantly, which can have a direct impact on their sleep. To limit the effects of this particular context, we recommend keeping a regular rhythm of activities, with work, play, rest and mealtimes at fixed times. Remember to include time for physical activity, outdoors if possible, and to limit the time spent in front of screens. An hour before bedtime, you can also set up a specific routine with calmer moments, such as reading in bed.
