What is diet rebalancing and how does it work?
Learning or re-learning how to balance your diet around the major food groups; cooking for yourself, your family and your friends using raw ingredients; limiting the use of industrially prepared meals... these are the main principles of food rebalancing. Each food group has its place, in varying proportions: fruits and vegetables first, followed by cereals, then animal products, and finally fats and sweet products. It's all a question of balance and common sense.
