Where does daytime snacking come from? And in the evening?
According to a recent study, the reasons for snacking are diverse: for pleasure or gluttony, to curb hunger, to spend a good time with friends or family, to decompress or for energy, and to a lesser extent to wait, to relieve boredom, to relieve stress... Several moments are involved: during the day, the main moment of food intake outside meals is the snack, then the morning break can be a staggered breakfast; at the end of the day it's the aperitif that dominates, then in the evening it can also be a little pleasure break after the meal.
